SUMMARY:Taller: El cuerpo como mensajero
DESCRIPTION:El cuerpo guarda mensajes que a menudo no sabemos interpretar. Desde la tradición judía y en diálogo con técnicas contemporáneas\, este taller invita a mirar hacia dentro para descubrir cómo los síntomas reflejan emociones no expresadas y cómo podemos transformarlos en autoconocimiento. \nEn este primer encuentro del ciclo\, que lleva por título El síntoma habla — Escuchar el lenguaje oculto del cuerpo\, se abordará la visión psicoespiritual de la enfermedad\, aprendiendo a reconocer los síntomas como símbolos y a identificar los bloqueos emocionales que los generan. \nLa propuesta está a cargo de Coty Aserin\, miembro de la sociedad RTT\, CEO de la Mental Wellness Society para el mundo hispano y presentadora del programa Shalom de TVE. \nCentro Sefarad-Israel (C/ Mayor\, 69 – Madrid)\nEntrada libre hasta completar aforo.
